Group Exercise with Parkinson's
PD Warrior Style Circuits
This is a fun PD Warrior Style Parkinson's Exercise Class designed to get you moving well and multi-tasking in ways that you'd never have thought possible.
It is particularly popular for clients who are looking to participate in High Intensity Exercise for Parkinson's and aims to improve overall fitness, mobility and to slow disease progression.
It’s a very small, mixed ability group, with everyone able to participate fully based on their individual fitness levels. It is however, unlikely to be the best option for those at significant risk of falls.
Note that this class will always be led by a fully qualified PD Warrior Instructor.

Parkinson's Boxing
This is a multi-faceted Parkinson's Boxing For Fitness Exercise Class, which extracts elements from the Rock Steady Boxing approach, but significantly ramps up the intensity.
It combines boxing pad-work, innovative dual-tasking drills and High-Intensity Interval Training.
It’s a truly fantastic way to improve cardiorespiratory fitness, balance, coordination and speed of movement whilst keeping your brain engaged. You’ll also find it's a remarkably satisfying way to de-stress.
Our Parkinson's Boxing classes are led by fully qualified Personal Neuro Trainers, with Advanced Boxing Qualifications.

Smovey Exercise
This is our lowest intensity class catering for both standing and seated participants.
We’ll equip you with a couple of luminous green tubes filled with Ball-Bearings (Smoveys) before we swing away the next 25 minutes. Sound interesting, well it will give you a light to moderate intensitiy cardiovascular workout and get all of your movements flowing like they haven’t done for years. You’ll be grinning from ear to ear by the time you leave having had a great workout in the process.
